At IT Professional Services, we take care of IT for you. That means we are available, day and night, to answer your questions and take care of any issues you face. Support on software and hardware provided on an "as needed", reactive basis by a skilled Help Desk expert to resolve technical issues.

Desk Support

Additional troubleshooting assistance is provided. If a call can't be resolved, predefined call-escalation processes will elevate the issue to a desktop support technician. Includes remediation of issues found via proactive monitoring.
